Emotions are just words to describe a feeling that is either physical pain or psychological. Is it all in your mind or a pain in your body? Never ignore what your heart or body is saying to you.
Lessons we must learn
There are all kinds of bumps in the road. Ones based on our actions with consequences or not going as planned. Another someone hurting us by their actions or words. What do we do in these situations? Crawl back into our hole, where it festers. Or can you trust what went wrong was right & forgive those that hurt us? It’s all a choice to let go & move on or be driven down by these lessons we are to learn & grow from.

Many may never like you, but don’t let their judgment of you make you feel like nobody else would. Instead, be confident and beautiful with who you are.
My strength
Become a strong leader in life. As you’re going through this challenging crossroads. Have hope that you are strong enough to defeat it this time.
Be your own superhero
Be the superhero of your own life. By knowing that underneath the fear and helplessness, you are strong. Enough to get through obstacles in this life. Remember, you’re not the only one who feels these emotions.
Gaining & Seeking
Being out of your comfort zone and the energy around you is gaining momentum. Believe in the impossible, for the answers you seek are coming. Continue the hard work; it’s all beginning to pay off.
Fight
You can fight all you want, though you are setting yourself up for more pain and struggle. Don’t be afraid of living without the hurt & difficulty. Fight through it, whatever it takes.
Spread your wings
Don’t be afraid to spread your wings. What you went through has healed and strengthened you to go for all you wish. So take this chance on yourself. Love yourself to the fullest.
Be not afraid
It’s not fearful if you’re taking things slow but consistently. But being afraid is not choosing to do what you know needs to be done.
