Change is growth. Growth is expanding. Expanding is believing you can move forward to change for the better. 

There are all kinds of bumps in the road. Ones based on our actions with consequences or not going as planned. Another someone hurting us by their actions or words. What do we do in these situations? Crawl back into our hole, where it festers. Or can you trust what went wrong was right & forgive those that hurt us? It’s all a choice to let go & move on or be driven down by these lessons we are to learn & grow from.

Make peace with your decisions, as it’s okay to run away to better your life, be more skilled, or from a situation (person) that no longer serves you. 

Disappointment and mixed feelings over a choice made aren’t the end of life. It just wasn’t suitable for you. So let it go & move on; there’s nothing you can do now.

Emotions are just words to describe a feeling that is either physical pain or psychological. Is it all in your mind or a pain in your body? Never ignore what your heart or body is saying to you.

Complicated relationships in our lives are reflections of our own behavior in some way. It may be time to look upon those relations & understand what it’s alighted in you.

Quit being negative; you can conquer anything you wish to do. Don’t fear what could go wrong; whatever happens, is meant to be.

In the discomfort, there is growth. Where your intentions go, it begins to flow. Forget what you need; pray for guidance. For a change, lean on faith & see the hope of miracles.

Run to the unknown to what scares you the most. Run away from those that hurt you over & again. Run to those that accept & you can be yourself around. Run away from things that don’t help serve your dream that fulfills your heart with joy & purpose. The time is now to run toward who you’re meant to be & find those that will genuinely love you.
