Within the discomfort, she needed to heal by finding a way to release past hurts. Understanding that is not who she is to become.

All kinds of emotions play mind tricks on her every day. She constantly wrote, which aided in calming her enough to focus on what concerned her—she’s fed up with making excuses for not taking chances. The universe had a reason to make her life what it came to be. Finally, lessons to be learned and new teachings could begin.

All that she realized brought things to fruition.

Before she would let the negative emotions & thoughts settle, for she never cried tears of help before now.

Some nights when she couldn’t escape to made-up dreams. She could not take a deep breath from the crushing emotions of wanting out.

Then at night, she liked to escape into the stories of the characters & her made-up dreams. Rather than be open to real love.

Constantly cleaning her space. Expecting that to help clear her mind, but all it did was clear the room she lived in.

She was used to running to escape everything, going away for a while. But, it eventually came back to haunt her time after time in the shadows.

Which had made her forceful with no boundaries. Harsh and emotional with no desire to understand the why of her actions.

She couldn’t speak what was on her mind as quickly as others could. In frustration, she lashed out in anger or simply not at all.
